The Yamaha YTR8335IIRS Xeno trumpet has a unique reverse-style design with staggered main pipe valve slides, which achieve smooth resistance and airflow that only a reverse-tuning slide design can offer. It has easy, comfortable playability and a harmonically rich tone. 

The medium-large bore (.459") of the YTR-8335IIRS provides just the right amount of resistance, allowing a smooth pitch transition without overblowing, while the upper register is comfortable and does not fight back.
