Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
